I was looking up an old friend only to hear this sad news. I always admired Thenny back when I first met her in ‘97. We were at Fordham University together and were in the same Calculus class, and we got tutored on Saturdays. I was in awe of how she juggled her life of single motherhood, worked full-time in Connecticut, lived in Yonkers, and went to school in the Bronx. As it turned out we also had former employers in common. She always spoke lovingly of her son DJ, and her mother and the rest of her family. To them,I like to extend my most deepest sympathy. I always thought I visit her some day in India. May she test in peace. I’ll always remember you.
